Method of preparation:
The first step is to melt the butter in a water bath, and during this time you crush the biscuits into a blender. Add the melted butter to the biscuits and add the vanilla sugar.
Mix the mixture well and put it in a cheesecake shape and gently press it, then refrigerate.
The next step is to take the mint leaves and blend them with the yogurt. Add the cream cheese, powdered sugar, bourbon vanilla and mix well. Add the cream, stirring carefully, and then add the gelatin.
The whole mixture is poured onto cookie swamps and left back in the fridge.
For the second cream, first stir the yogurt, powdered sugar, bourbon vanilla, cream cheese and a few drops of blue paint to a homogeneous mixture. Then add the cream, stirring gently, and then add the gelatin again. Pour the whole mixture over the mint cream and garnish generously with fresh brochures and mint petals.
